Timothy D. Garver, PhD
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Timothy D Garver, PhD is a co-founder of IMPACT and acts as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining IMPACT, Dr. Garver most recently served as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Drug Development Services at SRA International (public company; 1001-5000 employees). During his tenure at SRA and its legacy companies (Constella Group and Lineberry Research Associates [LRA]), he was responsible for overseeing all medical writing and regulatory consulting activities performed by the US-based staff.
Dr. Garver has 13+ years of medical writing, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and strategic drug development experience and 10+ years of line management experience. During his career, he has played a key role in more than 15 marketing applications (NDAs/BLAs/MAAs) across a variety of therapeutic fields. In addition, he has authored more than 25 CSRs; authored/reviewed various INDs protocols, Investigator Brochures, and manuscripts; and has provided project management and strategic consulting services (e.g., conducting due diligence and gap analysis assessments) for a variety of clients. Dr. Garver has experience across a broad-range of therapeutic areas including analgesia, anesthesia, cardiovascular, CNS, dermatology, metabolic disorders, respiratory, rheumatology, and Women’s Health.
Dr. Garver received his PhD in Pharmacology from The Pennsylvania State University and was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Duke University Medical Center.
